February 9, 2007 saw Prathibha, Ashwini, Nandini, Suman and Vandana enthrall the audiences with melodious Bhavageethe and Jaanapada geethe including Purva diganthadi, Haadu hakkigale, Ello dooradi and many more. Leela Somasundaram did a fine job as the compere for the evening.
On February 25, 2007 it was the turn of Jaishree, Nandini, Ashwini, Veena, Mamata and Sagar to entertain the audience with a fine selection of songs. Vijaykumar lent his voice both to the songs and as a compere.
Somasundaram was a proud teacher sitting in the audience enjoying the tuneful music rendition of his students on both the occassions.
